How do I get my vehicle out of impound?

Getting your vehicle back is simple!

What do I need to bring to retrieve my vehicle?

To retrieve your vehicle, you need your ID and proof of ownership as well as the payment owed. If your registration is in your vehicle, we use that to verify ownership. If you’d like to pay with a credit card, we can take that payment over the phone. 

It's outside of regular business hours. Can I get my vehicle after hours?

Absolutely! We are available 24-hours a day. Simply gather your payment, identification, and proof of ownership, come to the lot, and call our 24 hour number. We’ll send a driver out to help you.  

Can I get my stuff out of my vehicle?

You can as long as you have proof of ownership.

Why was my vehicle impounded?

If your vehicle was parked illegally, we were probably called to tow the vehicle away. Before you park in a parking lot or on a street, make sure you’re checking the signs or the ordinances around, or we may get a call. 

What if my vehicle was impounded, but I'm unable to come pick it up?

If your vehicle was impounded because of a parking violation, it’s your responsibility to retrieve it. If you cannot pick it up for some reason, you can make arrangements for someone else to retrieve it. Give us a call to discuss how.

I need a credit card authorization form. Where do I get one?
